World AIDS Day

I wanted to join Scot Meacham of The Adventures Of Tartanscot in solidarity for the acknowledgment and support in the fight against AIDS and those who lost their lives to the deadly disease.

I lost my brother Roy (1959-2004) from AIDS. Our father died when I was 11 years old. Roy took on the role of my father. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of him.

Thank you your condolences MaryBeth. It means alot to me. I get emotional at times when I look at my 2 year old son thinking about how he could have had a beautiful relationship with my brother.

Hi My Dear Friend,
You and your brother look so much alike, he's was very handsome. I am so, so sorry for your loss, I know that some days can be tough, especially when you think of what he and Baby D could have had together. Don't worry, I'm sure he watches over him for you. I'm sending you good thoughts and my heart truly goes out to you today my friend. I hope that the great memories you have of your brother help you through this difficult day.
All my love,
Judith~

Hello Julio

I just wanted to post my condolences to you and your family for the loss of your brother. I lost my uncle to AIDS and still mourn his loss. He was like a father to me. He was a great mentor to me. I will always remember him. My best to you and your loved ones.
